By using the service, users acknowledge that their data is stored on servers managed by Google. ZenithMind ensures that industry-standard security protocols are maintained to protect this information.

Artificial Intelligence Processing

To provide interactive meditation recommendations, ZenithMind utilizes the OpenAI API. When a user engages with the chat feature, their input text is processed by OpenAI to generate real-time responses. ZenithMind does not share account identifiers (such as legal names or email addresses) with OpenAI during this processing.

Data Collection for Improvement and Research

ZenithMind collects and retains "de-identified" transcripts of chat interactions. While personal identifiers are removed, these transcripts are stored to help the development team improve the AI's accuracy, enhance user experience, and train future machine learning models. This data is used solely for the technical advancement of the ZenithMind platform.
